Rural Insurance, the specialist agricultural insurer based in Harrogate, has completed its sales team line-up following the appointment of Jodie Anderson as Regional Sales Manager for Wales and the South West.
Jodie joins Rural directly from Towergate Underwriting where she was responsible for the development of commercial and personal lines brokers in South West England. Jodie joined Towergate in January 2010, and previously she has held business development roles in Allianz and Quinn Insurance.
Welcoming her to the team, Rural MD Simon Stevens said: “Since I joined the business in March my focus has been on improving service to our brokers and creating a high quality team to drive business growth. We’ve just delivered our best ever new business figures for the third quarter, up 90% year on year, and I’m delighted that, with Jodie’s appointment, we have a full sales team with UK wide coverage.”
