At Rural Insurance we understand that claims is one of the most important services we provide for our broker partners.

We work closely with our claims management partners Agrical to provide a premium service in the event of a claim being made. Giving Agrical delegated authority over all claims made, allows your client to be dealt with accurately, promptly and efficiently.

All claims are settled purely by our claims handlers, without the intervention of a Rural Insurance representative. This means that claims are made based on the technical expertise of our claims handlers and dealt with in the fairest and most appropriate manner.
